Skyline Cruises

Charging out of Chicago Harbor on a 1-1/2 hr. cruise!

Skyline Cruise

The  1-1/2 Hour Skyline Cruise aboard the WINDY is a favorite. People of all walks of life enjoy this mini romantic getaway.  Passengers agree that it is one of the most exciting yet relaxing experiences in Chicago.  Guests may help by raising and trimming the sails, or even taking a trick at the wheel. There are no set courses; as authentic sailing ships, the WINDY sails with the wind so every cruise is unique.  There  is a small concession and restroom facilities aboard. From the water, Chicago’s magnificent skyline is second to none. The crew is always willing to point out the skyline, landmarks and Great Lakes wildlife.  Each sail is unique and lasts for 1-1/4 to 1-1/2 hours depending on the day, weather, traffic, and personnel that trip

Typically, Skyline Cruises are offered in the afternoon and evenings.  However, charters and special events will preempt public cruises so times may vary.  It is best to call the 312 595 5555 and hit 1 at anytime to get the current week’s schedule.  Fares are paid at the ticket booth the day of the sail only.
