Public Skyline Cruises are offered near daily from Navy Pier.  Typically they run on the odd hours in the afternoon and evenings for an 1-1/2 Hr. Cruise.   Educational program are typically run in the mornings.  Charters and special events pre-empt public sails, so always check within a couple of days of your intended sailing date.
