Sailing requires effective leadership, teaming, group problem solving and communication skills and provides you and your group an opportunity to have a unparallelled learning experience to focus on personal and organizational goals. Aboard the Redwitch co-workers must abandon pre-existing relationships and solve problems together - as a team.
These team building trips are designed trips are dynamic, interactive and safe, allowing individuals, teams and organizations to learn to sail, work together to achieve their goals and to have fun. If you're new to sailing, you will quickly see and feel how being on the water and in touch with nature is special. Learning to sail naturally enhances self-confidence and teamwork. And during a midday or evening break your group's interpersonal relationships, communication skills, cooperation, and self-confidence will be explored through stories, discussions and team building exercises.
Our team building program utilizes a variety of training and organizational development tools and resources to accomplish your organizational goals. Working with trained organizational consultants each program starts with a needs assessment to determine your vision of success and then a program is designed to meet and exceed this vision.
Frequent topics of discussion both during and after the program are:
- What hidden barriers do we all acknowledge that inhibit us working together better?
- How do we maintain this level of cooperation back in the office?
